Our assets are clustered around established road, rail and power infrastructure in northern South Africa, anchored at our Musina base near the Limpopo River.
Musina Copper Complex
Our flagship asset and the cornerstone of the group's base-metal strategy.
The complex combines a shallow open-pit operation with a developing underground section, feeding a central concentrator that produces copper concentrate with a silver by-product.
Located minutes from our corporate office, Musina benefits from direct road and rail links to the Richards Bay and Maputo export corridors.

Underground goldSoutpansberg Gold Operation
High-grade narrow-reef gold mining with a long established resource base.
Soutpansberg is a mature underground gold mine known for its high in-situ grades and efficient, mechanised stoping. A dedicated metallurgical plant delivers consistent recoveries.
Ongoing development and resource conversion continue to replace depletion and extend the operation's life.
Letaba PGM Project
Platinum group metals exposure on the eastern edge of the Bushveld Complex.
Letaba provides the group with diversified PGM exposure (platinum, palladium and rhodium) through a conventional drill-and-blast operation feeding a modern flotation concentrator.
A phased expansion is under study to lift throughput as power and water infrastructure are upgraded.

Tailings retreatmentVhembe Tailings Retreatment
Low-cost surface reprocessing that turns legacy tailings into value.
Vhembe reclaims and reprocesses historical tailings to recover residual gold and copper, lowering group costs while progressively rehabilitating legacy dumps.
It is among our lowest-cost sources of metal and a model for circular, lower-impact production.
